Shape-Up September!

As inspired by our favorite YouTube Vlogger, ShayCarl Butler, we are committing to a family "Shape-Up" September,  We will be riding our bikes at least 5 miles a day...every single day...weather permitting.


Why wait until September 1st?  We decided to start today.  :)  It is not just about losing weight, or getting in shape, but about being together and having fun as a family.

Here is to healthy eating, daily exercise, and family fun time!!

Day One:  7.17 miles.
